Alternative Dispute Resolution
As part of our commitment to cost effective case management, MMP&S regularly advises clients concerning the various forms of alternative dispute resolution. While not appropriate for every type of dispute, ADR encourages parties to resolve cases through creative solutions and is increasingly used by seasoned practitioners to resolve a wide range of claims. The advantages of ADR include client satisfaction through the ability of clients to participate actively in ADR, avoid only if the unpredictability of a jury verdict as well as speed of resolution, cost savings, flexibility, privacy and finality.
