Christopher concentrates in the fields of professional, construction and environmental liability.  His professional liability practice encompasses claims against architects, engineers, attorneys, land surveyors, interior designers, directors and officers and construction testing laboratories.  Christopher’s environmental litigation practice focuses on environmental damage and remediation claims representing a wide variety of interests including residential homeowners, retail gas stations, environmental remediation companies and commercial property owners.  Christopher’s litigation practice is focused in both state and federal courts of New York.  Additionally, Christopher often handles litigation matters filed in various alternative dispute forums, including mediation and arbitration venues.  In April 2007, he presented an Architecture CLE Seminar entitled, Complying with Professional Practice Guidelines of the New York State Board for Architecture.  Christopher received a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University’s School of Law in 1996 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in 1993.  Christopher is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
