Bruce is the resident partner of MMP&S’s Florida office located in Boca Raton.  Bruce concentrates in the defense of architects, engineers, attorneys, directors and officers and other professionals. His litigation practice is also devoted to defending claims brought against tenants, property owners and contractors in connection with premises liability and property damages claims as well as defending automobile accident claims.  Bruce has also defended employers and municipalities in connection with discrimination and wrongful termination claims and civil rights matters. As part of a trial team, Bruce has taken three Civil Rights cases to verdict.  Bruce received a Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 1993.  Bruce is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of Florida and New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
