Marybeth is a seasoned trial attorney in MMP&S’s Florida office and practices in the area of civil litigation concentrating in all areas of insurance defense.  She is currently focusing in the defense of architects, engineers and other professionals. Marybeth received a Juris Doctorate from the Faculty of Law & Jurisprudence at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1991 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980.  Marybeth is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
