Otto focuses his practice in the areas of general liability and insurance defense litigation.  He has experience in the areas of premises liability, automotive liability, Labor Law, construction liability and lead paint cases.  Otto received a Juris Doctorate from Pace University in 2004, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2000.  Otto is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
