Kevin practices in the areas of professional liability, including the defense of architects, engineers, lawyers and accountants; insurance coverage; employment litigation; and general, premises, construction and automobile liability.  Prior to joining MMP&S, Kevin served as Law Clerk to a Judge in the Hudson County Superior Court of New Jersey.  Kevin received a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in 1993.  Kevin is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
