Matthew has practiced in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, appellate practice, construction accidents, general liability, insurance coverage litigation, premises litigation, products liability and transportation accidents. His present concentration is in general liability defense. Matthew received a Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 2002 after receiving a Bachelor of Science from SUNY University at Buffalo in 1999. Matthew is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
