Samantha presently concentrates in the area of general liability defense.  Prior to joining MMP&S, she has gained experience in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, municipal liability, railroad litigation, products liability, construction accidents, insurance coverage and appellate practice.  Samantha received a Juris Doctorate from St. Johns Law School in 2002 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University in 1999, graduating cum laude.  Samantha is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
