Kevin currently practices in the areas of general liability defense, labor law and employment law.  Prior to working at MMP&S, Kevin has gained experience in the areas of criminal law, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, automobile liability, real estate, appellate practice and construction litigation.  Kevin received a Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 2003, after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York, College at Geneseo in 1999.  Kevin is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
