Elana currently practices in the areas of general liability defense.  Prior to working at MMP&S, Elana gained experience in the areas of first party plaintiff and defense litigation, premises liability, labor law, no-fault law, automobile and property damage claims.  Elana received a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2002, after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Albany in 1999.  Elana is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
