Peter focuses his practice on defending general liability and construction accident lawsuits involving significant exposure and complex liability issues from inception through jury trials and appeals.  Peter has secured defense verdicts and appellate victories for property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in many venues throughout New York. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1993, after receiving a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University in 1988.  Peter is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
