Ian is an associate in the Firm’s Florida office located in Boca Raton.  He practices in the field of insurance defense concentrating in the areas of premises and professional liability.  Prior to joining the firm, Ian was an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County.  He tried over 30 criminal cases in his two years as an Assistant State Attorney, successfully prosecuting crimes ranging from misdemeanors to first degree felonies.  Ian earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2006 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Cabrini College in 2003 where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and History.  In 2005, he interned for the Honorable Chief Judge David M. Gersten of the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida.  Ian is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
