Tim is a partner in the Firm’s Florida office located in Boca Raton.  He is currently focusing in the defense of construction professionals and premises liability claims. Tim is an experienced trial attorney who has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Europe working on complex insurance defense cases, and has taken that experience to handle insurance coverage matters for the Firm.  Tim received a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1987.  After college, Tim joined the Palm Beach Police Department where he worked as a Detective in the Organized Crime, Vice and Narcotics Unit, as well as in the Traffic Homicide Unit before heading off to law school.  Tim received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1999.  Tim is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals, 11^th Circuit, Atlanta, GA, and The United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
