David specializes in the area of professional liability at the trial and appellate level, including the defense of architects, engineers and design professionals.  David also concentrates in the area of appellate practice.  Prior to joining MMP&S, David was a senior associate at a national law firm, and practiced in the areas of products liability and class action defense.  David received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University in 2000, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude (Phi Beta Kappa), from Hamilton College in 1997.  David is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York.
