Joe has a wide variety of commercial litigation experience with a significant concentration on the representation of sureties, contractors, real estate developers, design professionals and other companies related to the construction industry.  Joe also represents insurers in a variety of practice areas including environmental coverage claims, loss/sensitive premium claims, property management claims and subrogation.  He has extensive experience with trials, arbitration and mediation.  Based on his experience, Joe has been selected to serve as an independent arbitrator for the resolution of construction issues involving public works projects.   Joe received a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 1983 after receiving a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University in 1980.  Joe is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
