Robin practices in the areas of professional liability and general liability defense. Robin’s experience is diverse and covers areas of litigation involving personal injury defense ranging from medical malpractice to construction accident litigation, premises liability and automobile accident litigation.  She also has extensive trial experience which she initially gained as a criminal prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office and expanded upon in the civil defense arena.  Robin received a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 1985 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Binghamton in 1982.  Robin is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
