Jason’s practice is primarily focused in the defense of general and professional liability lawsuits. Prior to working at MMP&S, Jason worked at two national law firms where he gained experience in pharmaceutical and securities litigation. Jason received a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of law in 2004, where he was editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1997. Jason is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Connecticut.
