Martha practices in the areas of general liability, professional liability, construction litigation and insurance coverage including the defense of architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, design professionals and contractors. Prior to joining MMP&S, Martha gained experience in the areas of medical malpractice insurance defense and was a former prosecutor with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted numerous crimes and the New York State Attorney General’s Office where she prosecuted organized crime insurance fraud. Martha has also served as a New York City Small Claims Court Arbitrator. Martha received a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2004, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Temple University in 1998. Martha is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
