Michael’s practice primarily involves the representation of architects, engineers and other professionals throughout New York and Connecticut. He began his career litigating general liability matters in the areas of construction (Labor Law), premises liability, products liability, municipal liability and automobile litigation and continues to practice extensively in the area of personal injury litigation. Michael handles all aspects of the litigation process, taking matters from inception through trial and Appellate Courts of both New York and Connecticut. In addition, Michael is often called upon to assist his clients with various insurance coverage issues, commercial litigation, contract negotiations, fee disputes, OPD investigations and other issues facing today’s professionals. He also has extensive experience utilizing different forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to obtain cost-effective and successful results for his clients where appropriate.  Michael received a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 1991.  Michael is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Connecticut and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
