Andrew is a senior trial lawyer who specializes in the defense of professional and general liability lawsuits. Andrew began his career representing healthcare professionals and institutional clients in the defense of medical, psychiatric, dental, and nursing malpractice. Andrew continues with that practice, leading MMP&S’s healthcare practice group. Andrew has also taken his vast knowledge of medicine, and applied it in the defense of personal injury suits involving contractors, commercial landlords, business owners, individual homeowners and automobile drivers, and other professionals. Andrew also concentrates his practice in the defense of accountants and attorneys. Andrew has tried dozens of cases to verdict resulting in defense verdicts in the State and Federal Courts of New York and Connecticut. Andrew frequently speaks to industry groups, trade organizations and claim departments on trial practice and the use of technology in the courtroom. Andrew received a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1991 after graduating from Northeastern University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science. Andrew is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New York and Connecticut, and the State Courts in Colorado.
