Richard is the resident partner of MMP&S’s Western New York office located outside of Buffalo, New York.  His practice concentrates on defending claims brought against tenants, property owners and contractors in connection with premises liability and property damage claims, as well as Labor Law claims arising from construction site accidents.  A significant portion of his practice is also in the area of professional liability, including the defense of attorneys, health care professionals, agents and brokers, accountants and design professionals.  Richard also defends employers in connection with discrimination and wrongful termination claims.  Richard received a Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Stony Brook in 1988.  Richard is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
