Susan specializes in the area of general civil litigation, including construction litigation, toxic torts, products liability and premises liability.  She has successfully defended corporate, municipal, and educational clients in construction, tort, contract and other general civil matters.  Her cases generally involve complex liability issues and catastrophic injury claims, including wrongful death, quadriplegia, amputations and carbon monoxide poisoning.  Susan received a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1998 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 1990, graduating with honors.  Susan is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
