General Liability Practice
MMP&S's general liability practice remains a focal point of the firm. Our transportation practice includes trucking and automobile liability groups in which we defend third-party liability claims, uninsured/underinsured motorists, SIU/fraud claims as well as no-fault and PIP claims.
Our premises liability unit defends commercial and residential owners of both large and small properties. We defend trip and falls, slip and falls, security and lighting claims. We also work with our clients in developing best practices to reduce exposure to premises liability.
Our products liability unit includes the defense of manufacturers, sellers, distributors, designers and end users of products. We defend claims arising from a wide variety of home and business products.
The municipal liability practice at MMP&S includes representation of various governmental entities as well as their officers and employees in general liability, premises liability, Section 1983 claims and state and local Tort Claims Acts.
